Share your own experience

Review a patio you personally visited. Be specific about the patio, the date or season, and details such as shade, seating, accessibility, noise, service, food, and value.

Be fair and respectful

Criticism is welcome; personal attacks, harassment, discriminatory language, threats, private information, and unsupported allegations are not. Reviews should focus on the visit, not an employee’s personal characteristics.

Photos must be yours

Only upload photos you took or have permission to share. Avoid close-up images of other guests, especially children, unless you have their permission.

No promotions or conflicts hidden as reviews

Restaurant owners, staff, agencies, and compensated creators must not post ordinary community reviews of a business they represent. Verified restaurant representatives may use the clearly labelled response feature.

Moderation

Submissions may be edited for obvious formatting problems, rejected, or removed when they break these guidelines, appear fraudulent, or do not help visitors evaluate a patio.
